Important Warnings
Prescription (Schedule H) medicine. Do not use if you have known allergy to domperidone, gastrointestinal bleeding/obstruction/perforation, or prolactin-secreting pituitary tumor (prolactinoma). Domperidone may prolong QT interval and cause serious heart rhythm problems; use lowest effective dose for shortest duration, especially in older adults or those with heart disease, electrolyte imbalance, or taking QT-prolonging medicines.
