Known side effects of Esohap 40MG Tab 10S include Headache, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence, vomiting, dizziness. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Use with caution in severe liver disease. Long-term use may increase risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, low magnesium, fractures (osteoporosis), and Clostridioides difficile-associated diarrhea. May rarely cause kidney inflammation (interstitial nephritis) or severe skin reactions; seek medical help if rash, reduced urination, or severe diarrhea occurs. PPIs can mask symptoms of gastric cancer—evaluate alarm features (weight loss, vomiting, bleeding, dysphagia).
