Important Warnings

Do not use for sudden bronchospasm/acute asthma attack. Use with caution in heart disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizure disorders and glaucoma. Rinse mouth after use to prevent fungal infection; monitor for worsening breathing/paradoxical bronchospasm (stop and seek care). Long-term/high-dose inhaled steroids may cause adrenal suppression, reduced bone mineral density, cataract/glaucoma and growth suppression in children—use lowest effective dose. Avoid abrupt discontinuation without medical advice.

diuretics/corticosteroids/xanthines (risk of hypokalemia)

strong CYP3A4 inhibitors like ketoconazole/ritonavir (may increase steroid exposure)
other LABA-containing inhalers (avoid duplication)
