Gincotus Gold Tab — Side Effects & Warnings
Known side effects of Gincotus Gold Tab include Nausea, stomach upset, heartburn, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, flushing, insomnia, allergic rash. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution if you have bleeding disorders or are on blood thinners/antiplatelets (ginkgo may increase bleeding risk). Diabetics should monitor blood glucose (ginseng may affect sugars). People with kidney disease or on magnesium supplements should consult a doctor (risk of high magnesium). Stop and seek medical advice if you develop allergic reactions. If planned for surgery/dental procedures, inform your doctor; ginkgo is often stopped 1–2 weeks prior. Use in children only on medical advice.

Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin

aspirin
clopidogrel)
NSAIDs (bleeding risk with ginkgo); antidiabetic medicines/insulin (ginseng may alter glucose); antihypertensives/nitrates/PDE5 inhibitors (additive blood pressure/vasodilation with L-arginine); levodopa (vitamin B6 interaction not applicable here
but ginseng/ginkgo may affect CNS drugs); tetracyclines/quinolones/penicillamine (zinc/magnesium reduce absorption—separate by 2–4 hours); retinoids (excess vitamin A risk if combined); other vitamin D/calcium supplements (hypervitaminosis risk if overused).
Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
