Known side effects of Grilinctus Paed include Drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, fatigue, dry mouth, skin rash. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Use only on medical advice in children. Not recommended for productive cough with excessive mucus unless advised by a doctor. Use with caution in asthma, severe respiratory disease, kidney impairment, or if the child is very drowsy. Stop and seek medical help if allergic reaction, breathing difficulty, persistent fever, wheeze, or cough lasts >3–5 days. Avoid other sedating cough/cold medicines unless prescribed.
