Known side effects of I Jern Xt Tab include Nausea, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, dark/black stools, metallic taste, heartburn. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Do not use in iron overload disorders (e.g., hemochromatosis/hemosiderosis) or non–iron-deficiency anemia unless prescribed. May cause dark stools (harmless).
