What is Infigaba 100 Tab used for?

Neuropathic pain (nerve pain) such as diabetic neuropathy
post-herpetic neuralgia; adjunct treatment of partial (focal) seizures; other nerve pain conditions as prescribed.

How Infigaba 100 Tab Works

Gabapentin is an antiepileptic/neuropathic pain medicine that binds to the α2δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS. This reduces release of excitatory neurotransmitters and decreases abnormal nerve signaling, relieving neuropathic pain and helping control seizures.

Dosage & Directions

Tablet taken by mouth as prescribed, with or without food (preferably at the same time each day). Swallow with water; do not stop suddenly without medical advice. Dose is usually started low and titrated based on response and kidney function.
