Known side effects of Itrasol 200 include Nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, rash, elevated liver enzymes, peripheral edema. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Prescription-only antifungal. Can cause liver injury—seek care for jaundice, dark urine, severe fatigue; monitoring may be needed, especially with prolonged therapy. May worsen or precipitate heart failure—avoid/use with extreme caution in patients with ventricular dysfunction/CHF. Numerous serious drug interactions due to strong CYP3A4 inhibition; do not self-medicate. Use caution in kidney/liver disease and in the elderly.

oral hypoglycemics. Reduced absorption with PPIs/H2 blockers/antacids. Rifampicin
phenytoin
carbamazepine
efavirenz reduce itraconazole levels.
