Known side effects of Jorafer Susp include Nausea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, dark/black stools, metallic taste, teeth staining (with liquid iron). Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Use only under medical advice in children and during pregnancy. Not for anemia not caused by iron deficiency (e.g., hemolytic anemia, thalassemia) unless prescribed. Overdose of iron can be dangerous/fatal in children—store out of reach. May cause dark stools; this is usually harmless.
