Known side effects of Linagreat 5MG Tab include Nasopharyngitis, cough, headache, diarrhoea, nausea, dizziness, hypoglycaemia (especially with sulfonylurea/insulin), skin rash. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Risk of pancreatitis—seek urgent care for severe persistent abdominal pain (with/without vomiting). Hypoglycaemia risk increases when combined with insulin or sulfonylureas—dose adjustment may be needed. Rare severe allergic reactions (angioedema, anaphylaxis) and serious skin reactions—stop and seek medical help. Use caution in patients with history of pancreatitis. Monitor blood glucose and HbA1c regularly.
Drug Interactions

rifampicin and other strong P-gp/CYP3A4 inducers (may reduce linagliptin effect)
