Important Warnings

Potassium supplements/salt substitutes and potassium-sparing diuretics (spironolactone
eplerenone
amiloride) may increase hyperkalemia; NSAIDs (ibuprofen
diclofenac) may reduce effect and worsen kidney function; lithium levels may increase; other antihypertensives/diuretics may increase hypotension; ACE inhibitors or aliskiren (especially in diabetes/kidney impairment) increase risk of kidney issues and hyperkalemia.
