Important Warnings

May cause permanent increased brown pigmentation of the iris and darkening of eyelid skin; may increase eyelash growth. Use with caution in patients with a history of uveitis/iritis, macular edema (especially aphakic/pseudophakic with torn posterior lens capsule), or active intraocular inflammation. Do not touch dropper tip to any surface to avoid contamination. If eye infection, injury, or surgery occurs, consult doctor. Not for injection or oral use.

Lumigan 0.01% may interact with the following:

Other prostaglandin/prostamide analogues (may reduce IOP-lowering effect if used together)
topical beta-blockers/carbonic anhydrase inhibitors/alpha-agonists (additive IOP-lowering effect when used as prescribed)
contact lens solutions/preservatives (benzalkonium chloride may be absorbed by soft lenses)
