What is Meftal Spas Syr 60ML used for?

Relief of abdominal cramps and spasmodic pain such as menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhoea)

How Meftal Spas Syr 60ML Works

Mefenamic acid is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that relaxes smooth muscles of the gut/uterus by anticholinergic action, reducing spasms and cramping.

Dosage & Directions

Oral syrup. Shake well before use and measure with a dosing cup/spoon. Take as prescribed by the doctor, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Do not exceed recommended dose or duration.
