What is Meftal Spas Tablet used for?

Relief of spasmodic abdominal pain such as menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhoea)
colicky abdominal pain
gastrointestinal or urinary tract spasm-related pain when prescribed.

How Meftal Spas Tablet Works

Mefenamic acid is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic (anticholinergic) that relaxes smooth muscles of the gut/uterus, reducing cramps and spasm.

Dosage & Directions

Tablet to be taken orally as advised by a doctor. Usually taken after food to reduce stomach upset; swallow with water. Do not exceed prescribed dose/duration and avoid using for prolonged periods without medical advice.
