Known side effects of Melano Tx Tab include Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort, headache, dizziness, menstrual irregularities. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Use only under medical supervision. Tranexamic acid (commonly used in melasma tablets) can increase risk of blood clots; avoid/use with caution in history of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, stroke, thrombophilia, or with prolonged immobilization. Seek urgent care for chest pain, breathlessness, leg swelling/pain, sudden vision changes, or severe headache. Use caution in kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed). Not recommended with combined hormonal contraceptives unless doctor advises. Regular follow-up is advised; use broad-spectrum sunscreen alongside treatment.
