Known side effects of NEXITO-20MG TAB include Nausea, headache, dry mouth, dizziness, sleep disturbance (insomnia or sleepiness), fatigue, increased sweating, diarrhea or constipation, decreased appetite, sexual dysfunction. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings

May increase suicidal thoughts/behavior in children, adolescents and young adults especially at the start or with dose changes; monitor closely. Do not stop abruptly—withdrawal symptoms may occur. Use with caution in bipolar disorder/mania, epilepsy, liver or kidney impairment, glaucoma, bleeding disorders, and in elderly (risk of hyponatremia). Risk of serotonin syndrome especially with other serotonergic drugs. May cause QT prolongation at higher doses or in predisposed patients; caution in heart disease/electrolyte imbalance. May impair alertness—avoid driving if drowsy.
