Known side effects of Nucoxia 60 Tab include acidity/heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, swelling (oedema), dizziness, headache, increased blood pressure. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings

Not recommended in severe heart failure, established ischaemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, cerebrovascular disease or uncontrolled hypertension. Use with caution in hypertension, kidney disease, liver disease, dehydration, elderly, history of ulcers/GI bleeding. May increase risk of serious cardiovascular events (heart attack/stroke), especially with higher doses/longer use. Can cause fluid retention and worsening heart failure. NSAIDs may cause GI ulcer/bleeding and kidney injury; stop and seek care for black stools, vomiting blood, chest pain, sudden weakness, shortness of breath, severe rash or reduced urine output. Avoid in aspirin/NSAID allergy and in late pregnancy; may affect fertility.

Other NSAIDs and high-dose aspirin (increased GI risk)
anticoagulants (e.g.
warfarin) and antiplatelets (bleeding risk)
ACE inhibitors/ARBs and diuretics (kidney risk
reduced antihypertensive effect)
lithium (increased levels)
methotrexate (increased toxicity risk)
cyclosporine/tacrolimus (kidney risk)
rifampicin (reduced etoricoxib levels)
oral contraceptives/estrogens (may increase estrogen exposure)
digoxin (may increase levels)
