Important Warnings

Monitor blood pressure, kidney function and serum potassium, especially in kidney disease, dehydration, elderly, heart failure, or when using diuretics. Use with caution in renal artery stenosis, severe kidney impairment, aortic stenosis, and history of angioedema. May cause dizziness—avoid driving if affected.
