What is Okacet Tablet used for?

Allergic rhinitis (seasonal/perennial) symptoms such as sneezing
runny/blocked nose
itchy/watery eyes; urticaria (hives) and other allergic skin conditions with itching

How Okacet Tablet Works

Cetirizine is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks H1 histamine receptors. This reduces allergy symptoms like itching, sneezing, runny nose and hives with relatively less sedation than older antihistamines.

Dosage & Directions

Oral tablet. Usually taken once daily; may be taken with or without food. Swallow with water; take at the same time each day. Dose may need adjustment in kidney impairment—use as advised by a doctor.
