Olisat 120MG Cap may interact with the following:

• Warfarin/other anticoagulants (may alter INR via vitamin K reduction)
• Cyclosporine (reduced levels—separate by at least 3 hours and monitor)
• Levothyroxine (hypothyroidism risk—separate by at least 4 hours and monitor TSH)
• Antiepileptics such as valproate/lamotrigine (reduced absorption—monitor seizures)
• Amiodarone (reduced levels)
• Fat-soluble vitamins and beta-carotene (reduced absorption)
• Antiretrovirals (reduced exposure—consult specialist)
