Important Warnings

Use with caution in liver impairment; prolonged PPI use may increase risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, low magnesium, fractures and infections. Levosulpiride may cause extrapyramidal symptoms, drowsiness and raised prolactin; avoid in patients with prolactin-dependent tumors, pheochromocytoma, epilepsy, Parkinsonism or history of movement disorders. Seek medical advice if alarm symptoms occur (weight loss, persistent vomiting, GI bleeding, difficulty swallowing).

digoxin (risk with low magnesium)
methotrexate (high dose)
antipsychotics/other dopamine antagonists (additive extrapyramidal effects)
levodopa/dopamine agonists (reduced effect)
QT-prolonging drugs (caution)
