Pantoprazole 40 mg (enteric-coated) + Levosulpiride 75 mg (sustained release) capsule
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acidity/heartburn, gastritis, functional dyspepsia, nausea/bloating associated with delayed gastric emptying
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid by blocking the H+/K+ ATPase pump in gastric parietal cells. Levosulpiride is a prokinetic (D2 receptor antagonist) that improves gastric motility and helps relieve nausea, fullness and reflux symptoms.
Capsule: take as prescribed, usually 1 capsule once daily 30 minutes before food (preferably before breakfast). Swallow whole; do not crush or chew (SR/EC formulation).

Use with caution in liver impairment; prolonged PPI use may increase risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, low magnesium, fractures and infections. Levosulpiride may cause extrapyramidal symptoms, drowsiness and raised prolactin; avoid in patients with prolactin-dependent tumors, pheochromocytoma, epilepsy, Parkinsonism or history of movement disorders. Seek medical advice if alarm symptoms occur (weight loss, persistent vomiting, GI bleeding, difficulty swallowing).
