Important Warnings

Use only on medical advice. Domperidone may increase risk of QT prolongation/serious arrhythmias—avoid in known QT prolongation, significant heart disease, or with electrolyte disturbances; seek help for palpitations/fainting. Caution in liver impairment; avoid domperidone in moderate to severe hepatic impairment. Long-term PPI use may be associated with low magnesium, vitamin B12 deficiency, bone fracture risk, and intestinal infections; use lowest effective dose.
