Important Warnings

Do not use in case of known allergy to paracetamol. Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcohol use, malnutrition or dehydration; overdose can cause severe liver damage. Seek medical help if fever persists >3 days, pain persists >5 days, or if signs of allergic reaction (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty) occur. Avoid repeated dosing beyond recommended limits.

warfarin/coumarin anticoagulants (may increase bleeding risk with prolonged use)
enzyme inducers such as phenytoin/carbamazepine/phenobarbital/rifampicin (increased liver toxicity risk)
isoniazid (hepatotoxicity risk)
probenecid (increases paracetamol levels)
cholestyramine (reduces absorption if given close together)
