Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause fever and pain respectively. Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant.
