Known side effects of Rozupex-10 Tab include Headache, nausea, abdominal pain, constipation, muscle pain (myalgia), weakness, dizziness, increased liver enzymes. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not recommended in active liver disease or persistent unexplained elevated liver enzymes. Seek medical help for unexplained muscle pain/weakness, especially with fever/dark urine (risk of myopathy/rhabdomyolysis). Use with caution in kidney disease, hypothyroidism, heavy alcohol use, and in elderly; dose adjustments may be needed. Periodic lipid profile and liver function monitoring may be advised.
Drug Interactions
Rozupex-10 Tab may interact with the following:
Cyclosporine (contraindicated/avoid)
gemfibrozil and other fibrates (increased myopathy risk)
antacids containing aluminium/magnesium (reduce absorption; separate dosing)
colchicine (myopathy risk)
