• Low blood pressure (dizziness)
• increased potassium (hyperkalemia)
• impaired kidney function/raised creatinine
• cough
• headache
• fatigue
• diarrhea
• nausea

Sacuval 50 MG Tab 10S may interact with the following:

• ACE inhibitors (contraindicated; 36-hour washout)
• other ARBs/aliskiren (avoid; especially in diabetes)
• potassium supplements/salt substitutes and potassium-sparing diuretics (hyperkalemia)
• NSAIDs including COX-2 inhibitors (worsen renal function)
• lithium (increased lithium levels/toxicity)
• diuretics and other antihypertensives (additive hypotension)

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
