Important Warnings

Use with caution in patients with low blood pressure, dizziness/falls risk, severe kidney disease or severe liver disease; dose adjustment may be needed based on renal function. Mirabegron can increase blood pressure—monitor BP, especially in hypertension; not recommended in severe uncontrolled hypertension. May cause dizziness—avoid driving/operating machinery if affected. Tell your doctor if you have urinary retention risk, bladder outlet obstruction, heart rhythm problems, or are on multiple BP medicines.

Drug Interactions

Silodal M 25 Tab may interact with the following:

Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole
itraconazole
ritonavir
clarithromycin) may increase silodosin levels; alpha-blockers with PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil/tadalafil) or antihypertensives can increase hypotension risk. Mirabegron inhibits CYP2D6—can increase levels of metoprolol
desipramine
flecainide
propafenone
thioridazine; caution with digoxin (may increase digoxin levels) and other drugs that raise BP/HR.

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
