• Dizziness
• orthostatic hypotension (drop in blood pressure on standing)
• headache
• nasal congestion
• diarrhoea
• retrograde ejaculation
• abnormal ejaculation
• fatigue

Silosam D8 Tab may interact with the following:

• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g.
• ketoconazole
• itraconazole
• ritonavir
• clarithromycin)
• other alpha-blockers (e.g.
• tamsulosin
• alfuzosin)
• PDE5 inhibitors (e.g.
• sildenafil
• tadalafil) and antihypertensives (additive blood pressure lowering)
• moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g.
• diltiazem
• verapamil)

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
