Known side effects of Sitadapa 50/5MG Tab 10S include Genital fungal infection, urinary tract infection, increased urination, thirst, headache, nasopharyngitis, nausea, dizziness, hypoglycaemia (especially with insulin/sulfonylurea). Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Risk of dehydration/low blood pressure, genital mycotic infections, UTIs and rare urosepsis/pyelonephritis with dapagliflozin; maintain hydration and seek care for fever, flank pain or burning urination. SGLT2 inhibitors may rarely cause euglycaemic ketoacidosis—seek urgent care for nausea/vomiting, abdominal pain, rapid breathing, or unusual fatigue. Sitagliptin may rarely cause pancreatitis and serious allergic reactions; stop and seek care for severe abdominal pain or rash/swelling. Use with caution in renal impairment; dose/continuation depends on eGFR—doctor monitoring required. Monitor for hypoglycaemia when used with insulin or sulfonylureas.
