Important Warnings

Do not use with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin/isosorbide) due to dangerous drop in blood pressure. Use caution with heart disease, recent heart attack/stroke, uncontrolled high/low blood pressure, severe liver impairment, kidney disease, or bleeding disorders. Seek urgent help for chest pain, sudden vision/hearing loss, or an erection lasting >4 hours (priapism). Not for women or children. Avoid if advised to avoid sexual activity for cardiac reasons.
