Important Warnings

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis, or vitamin D toxicity. Do not exceed recommended dose; monitor calcium levels if on long-term therapy or taking additional calcium/vitamin D products. Seek medical help for symptoms of high calcium (excess thirst, frequent urination, confusion).

tetracyclines/quinolones (reduced antibiotic absorption)
bisphosphonates (reduced absorption)
iron/zinc/magnesium supplements (reduced absorption)
thiazide diuretics (increased hypercalcemia risk)
digoxin (arrhythmia risk with hypercalcemia)
warfarin/coumarin anticoagulants (vitamin K2 may reduce effect)
