Important Warnings

May cause dizziness—avoid driving if affected. Do not stop abruptly (risk of rebound hypertension/angina). Use with caution in asthma/COPD (may worsen bronchospasm), diabetes (can mask hypoglycemia symptoms), peripheral vascular disease, thyroid disorders, liver impairment, and in patients with bradycardia, heart block, or acute decompensated heart failure.
