How Telcure Trio Tab Works
Telcure Trio Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Telmisartan, Cilnidipine and Chlorthalidone. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (arb) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (ccb). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.
Dosage & Directions
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telcure Trio Tablet is to be taken with food.

Pregnancy
Telcure Trio Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
