Telmisartan (40mg) + Cilnidipine (10mg) + Chlorthalidone (6.25mg)
Tricinod 10/6.25 Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.
Telcure Trio Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Telmisartan, Cilnidipine and Chlorthalidone. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (arb) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (ccb). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telcure Trio Tablet is to be taken with food.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Telcure Trio Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
