Known side effects of Telefix 20 Tab include dizziness, headache, fatigue, low blood pressure, increased potassium (hyperkalemia), nausea. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Avoid in pregnancy (can harm unborn baby). Use caution in kidney disease, liver impairment, dehydration/low salt states, and in patients with high potassium. Monitor blood pressure, kidney function (creatinine), and serum potassium especially after starting or dose changes. Not recommended with aliskiren in diabetes; caution in bilateral renal artery stenosis. Seek help for severe dizziness/fainting, swelling/angioedema, or reduced urine output.
