Known side effects of TELMEVEL-H TAB include Dizziness, headache, fatigue, increased urination, nausea, low blood pressure, electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/low sodium), increased uric acid, increased blood glucose. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings

Not recommended in pregnancy (may harm the fetus), especially 2nd/3rd trimester; avoid if history of angioedema with ARBs. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver impairment, dehydration/low salt states, heart failure, and in the elderly (risk of hypotension). Monitor blood pressure, kidney function (creatinine), and electrolytes (potassium, sodium); hydrochlorothiazide may increase uric acid (gout) and glucose. Avoid excessive sun exposure; hydrochlorothiazide can cause photosensitivity.
