How TELMICHEK 40MG Works
Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that blocks AT1 receptors. This relaxes blood vessels, lowers aldosterone effects, reduces blood pressure and decreases strain on the heart.
Dosage & Directions
Oral tablet: take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food; swallow with water. Do not stop abruptly without medical advice.
