• dizziness
• headache
• fatigue
• increased urination
• low blood pressure
• nausea
• electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/low sodium)
• increased blood uric acid
• muscle cramps

Telmichek H 10S may interact with the following:

• Potassium supplements/salt substitutes
• other antihypertensives (additive hypotension)
• NSAIDs (may reduce effect and worsen kidney function)
• lithium (increased lithium levels/toxicity)
• digoxin (electrolyte changes may increase risk of arrhythmia)
• corticosteroids (electrolyte disturbances)
• antidiabetic medicines (may require dose adjustment)
• ACE inhibitors/aliskiren (increased risk of kidney problems and high potassium; avoid in diabetes with aliskiren)
