Known side effects of Telmijub Beta 25MG Tab include Dizziness, tiredness/fatigue, headache, slow heart rate (bradycardia), low blood pressure, nausea, diarrhea/constipation, cold hands/feet, sleep disturbance. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
May cause bradycardia, hypotension, and worsening of heart failure if not titrated properly; monitor pulse and blood pressure. Use with caution in asthma/COPD (may precipitate bronchospasm), diabetes (may mask hypoglycaemia symptoms), thyroid disease (may mask hyperthyroidism), peripheral vascular disease, and in patients with conduction disorders (AV block). Do not discontinue abruptly (risk of angina/MI/arrhythmias). Dose adjustment may be needed in hepatic impairment; consult doctor. Seek urgent help for wheezing, severe dizziness/fainting, swelling, or worsening breathlessness.
