Known side effects of Telmodor-A 80/5MG Tab include Dizziness, headache, ankle/foot swelling (edema), flushing, fatigue, palpitations, nausea, low blood pressure, increased potassium. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not recommended in pregnancy (can harm the unborn baby); stop and consult doctor immediately if pregnancy occurs. Use caution in kidney disease, liver impairment, dehydration/low salt, heart failure, aortic stenosis, or history of angioedema. Monitor blood pressure, kidney function and serum potassium. May cause dizziness—avoid driving if affected.
