amiloride) may increase hyperkalemia risk; NSAIDs (ibuprofen
diclofenac) may reduce effect and worsen kidney function; lithium (increased lithium levels/toxicity); other antihypertensives/diuretics (additive low BP); ACE inhibitors or aliskiren (higher risk of kidney problems and hyperkalemia; avoid in diabetics with aliskiren)
