Known side effects of Tenegross-20MG Tab include Headache, dizziness, nasopharyngitis/common cold symptoms, constipation, stomach discomfort, nausea, skin rash/itching, hypoglycaemia (more likely when combined with insulin or sulfonylureas). Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Use with caution in patients with history of pancreatitis; stop and seek care if severe persistent abdominal pain occurs. Monitor blood glucose regularly; risk of hypoglycaemia increases with sulfonylureas/insulin (dose adjustment may be needed). Use caution in severe liver disease; kidney dose adjustment is generally not required for teneligliptin but follow physician advice. Rare severe hypersensitivity reactions and severe joint pain have been reported with DPP-4 inhibitors.
