Important Warnings

Use only under medical supervision; dose errors can cause symptoms of hyperthyroidism and serious cardiac effects. Monitor TSH/FT4 periodically; dose may need adjustment during pregnancy, after delivery, and with interacting medicines. phenobarbital (increase metabolism); amiodarone (affects thyroid function); warfarin (increased anticoagulant effect); antidiabetics (dose adjustment may be needed); digoxin (effect may decrease); estrogen therapy (may increase dose requirement)
