What is Topisal 6% Lotion 50ML used for?

Treatment of hyperkeratotic and scaly skin conditions such as psoriasis (scalp/body)
seborrheic dermatitis/dandruff
ichthyosis
keratosis pilaris
corns and calluses; helps remove thickened skin and scales.

How Topisal 6% Lotion 50ML Works

Salicylic acid is a keratolytic agent that softens and dissolves the keratin holding dead skin cells together. This promotes shedding of scales, reduces thickening, and improves penetration of other topical medicines if used alongside them.

Dosage & Directions

For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily as advised by a doctor. On scalp, apply to affected areas, leave on for the prescribed time and wash off; avoid contact with eyes, mouth, nostrils and broken skin. Wash hands after use unless treating hands.
