Known side effects of Tranexa Tab include Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, back pain, nasal congestion. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Do not use in active intravascular clotting, history of thrombosis/thromboembolism unless advised by doctor, or with subarachnoid haemorrhage. Use with caution in kidney disease (dose adjustment needed) and in patients with risk factors for blood clots. Seek urgent care for chest pain, shortness of breath, leg swelling, sudden vision changes or severe headache. Avoid use for hematuria from upper urinary tract (risk of ureteral obstruction by clots).
