Tranexa Tab is used for Treatment and prevention of bleeding due to excessive fibrinolysis such as heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia), bleeding after dental procedures in haemophilia, nosebleeds, and other minor surgical/traumatic bleeding as prescribed.
