Important Warnings

Not for use in persons with hypersensitivity to fish/seafood. Use with caution in bleeding disorders or if taking anticoagulants/antiplatelets (may increase bleeding risk), and before surgery (inform doctor). High doses may cause GI upset. Patients with diabetes, liver disease, or on lipid-lowering therapy should use under medical advice. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet.

acenocoumarol
heparin and other anticoagulants; antiplatelets (aspirin
clopidogrel); NSAIDs (ibuprofen
naproxen) (bleeding risk at higher doses); other omega-3/fish oil products (additive effects); orlistat (may reduce absorption of fat-soluble nutrients).
