Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) are essential polyunsaturated fats that get incorporated into cell membranes and influence inflammatory mediators. They can help reduce triglyceride synthesis in the liver and support cardiovascular, brain and retinal function.
Capsule for oral use. Take as directed by the physician/dietitian, usually 1 capsule once daily after food (or with meals) to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.

Use with caution in bleeding disorders or if taking anticoagulants/antiplatelets (may increase bleeding risk), and before surgery (inform doctor). High doses may cause GI upset. Patients with diabetes, liver disease, or on lipid-lowering therapy should use under medical advice. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet.
