Important Warnings

Use only under medical supervision. Not suitable for calcified/non-cholesterol gallstones, non-functioning gallbladder, acute gallbladder/bile duct inflammation, or bile duct obstruction. Monitor liver function tests as advised, especially in liver disease/PBC. Use with caution in patients with chronic diarrhoea or significant liver impairment; report severe abdominal pain, persistent diarrhoea, jaundice, or worsening itching.

Drug Interactions

Ursolic 300MG Tab may interact with the following:

Bile acid sequestrants (cholestyramine
colestipol) may reduce absorption—separate by 2–4 hours; antacids containing aluminium (e.g.
aluminium hydroxide/smectite) may reduce effect—separate dosing; oestrogens/oral contraceptives and lipid-lowering drugs like clofibrate may increase gallstone risk and reduce effectiveness; ciclosporin levels may change—monitor; warfarin/other anticoagulants—monitor INR as advised
